Yasir Shah sets new record of fastest 200 wickets in test history

Pakistan’s Leg Spinner Yasir Shah has made a new world record by taking 200 wickets in his 33rd Test match against New Zealand at Abu Dhabi.

He broke earlier record of fastest two hundred wickets in test history held by Australian leg spinner Clarrie Grimmett.

Clarrie Grimmett’s had set the record of taking two hundred wickets in 36 Test matches in 1936.

Meanwhile, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary has felicitated Yasir Shah for setting a new world record in test cricket.

In a tweet today, he said the entire nation is proud of Yasir Shah’s achievement and the media should give due coverage to this legend.
