Islamabad, January 25, 2023 (PPI-OT):Vice President, Administration and Finance, Professor, Dr. N.B. Jumani, on the directions of Worthy President, Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi, visited the Da’wah Building on Wednesday at new campus where he inspected the arrangements and ongoing progress on Shifting of Directorate of Academics and Establishment of Kamyab Jawan Markaz (KJM)/ Student Facilitation Centre.
The Acting President was accompanied by all the relevant directors, incharge, focal persons and relevant staff. He was briefed on overall progress, space allocation, renovation and allied arrangements. Incharge admission and focal person of the shifting, Noman Mashal gave a detailed briefing on the occasion
On the occasion, Dr. N, B. Jumani directed that a final deadline of February 13 has been given to all the concerned departments to complete their tasks according to portfolio. Stressing the expedited efforts in the work for shifting of the Directorate of Academics and Establishment of Kamyab Jawan Markaz, he said soon students shall start benefiting from this building with better facilities as per stature of IIUI.
On the occasion, he said that tasks of renovation, repairing, networking, horticulture, electric and civil must be completed on top priority. He advised that fire extinguishers’’ availability and proper emergency exit points must be identified. During the briefing, he appreciated that there would a one window operation desk for the clearance of the degree where students shall be dealt on priority. He said passing out students are our asset, they must be given all due cooperation without hindrances.
He also visited separate entry points and sections dedicated for the male and female students in the building. He directed that it must be ensured that CCTV cameras must be installed on the places where there is public dealing. He also desired that special arrangements shall be made to facilitate the overseas students as well. He said that another follow up visits shall be held in the start of next week to oversee the progress. He said that as per vision of Worthy President IIUI, no stone shall be left unturned to provide an ideal environment to students based on facilitation.
