Lahore, September 06, 2020 (PPI-OT): Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain and Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi in their messages on the Defence of Pakistan Day have said that we should pledge to celebrate this day with renewed spirit, enthusiasm and determination in the prevailing new circumstances so that the nation besides safeguarding Pakistan moves on speedily covering destinations of progress and prosperity, pious souls of the martyrs are saying to us that only such country and nation succeeds whose people have practical spirit of not sparing any sacrifice, no matter how great it may be, for it.
Meanwhile PML central leader and MNA Moonis Elahi in his tweet said that salute to the martyrs, ghazis of the motherland and defenders of the sacred soil, felicitation to fellow countrymen on Defence of Pakistan Day, Armed Forces of Pakistan Zindabad, Pakistan Paindabad.
PML leaders said that for facing the challenges confronting the nation and the country there is need to revive the spirit of September 6, 1965, no enemy can dare cast dirty eye on Pakistan in the presence of Pak Army, day of September 6 is reflective of great sacrifices and importance of our armed forces for defending and safeguarding the motherland.
They said that this day reminds us our martyrs because of whose sacrifices we are breathing in an independent atmosphere today, thanks to Almighty Allah the defence of Pakistan is in the strong hands, we salute the sacrifices, courage and chivalry of the Pak Army, enemies of Pakistan should not remain in any misgivings.
Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi said that today every Pakistani is standing with the Kashmiris, India must should committing oppression on the Kashmiris, right of self-determination in accordance with the UN Resolution will have to be given to the Kashmiris and slogan of “Kashmir Baney Ga Pakistan” is soon going to become a reality.
