Bahawalpur, September 14, 2021 (PPI-OT): MOU is signed between the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) and University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) on academic and research collaboration. Dr. Muhammad Faheem Mushtaq Head, Department of Artificial Intelligence (Focal Person-MoU) Introduce the all respected staff members from Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The Vice Chancellor IUB and Vice Chancellor UTHM are agreed to not limited to the collaboration between the Computing programs but also show interest on Civil Aviation’s, Mechanical and other Engineering Programs.
Both Vice Chancellors agreed to jointly register the company for new inventions and products. They appreciate the efforts of Dr. Muhammad Faheem Mushtaq and Dr. Abid Shahzad, Director International Linkages to play a positive role toward the MoU. Moreover, the research grant of Dr. Muhammad Faheem Mushtaq with UTHM for the worth of 196,600 Ringgit (Approx. 8million PKR) is approved from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MoSTI), Malaysia. IUB and UTHM also jointly organize the upcoming International Soft Computing and Data Mining (SCDM) Conference, 2022.
