Lahore, March 14, 2019 (PPI-OT): Michael Ruekert, Managing Director DCG Hallee, Germany, visited UMT, and held a meeting with Ibrahim Hasan Murad, President ILM Trust and UMT, and Abid H K Shirwani, DG UMT. Collaboration with top tier German state universities were discussed during the meeting along possibilities for further initiatives. The distinguished guest also met Dr Muhammad Aslam, Rector UMT.
Since 1999, the DCG Halle e.V. – International Institute (referred to DCG) works in the service of understanding among nations by fostering and organizing educational projects. It helps foreign parties by facilitating them to pursue professional training opportunities in Germany. It is worth noting that academic partnerships with German State universities will commence from Fall Semester 2019. UMT students will be able to transfer their credit hours to Germany after one year master study at the home campus.
