Islamabad, January 24, 2023 (PPI-OT):Meeting of Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR-01-2023) was held at New Campus. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, Vice President (R and E) of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). The meeting was Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khan, Director (Academics and Examinations), Dr. Sohail Abdullah, In-Charge, Directorate of Graduate Studies (DGS), IIUI, Deans of the faculties and other relevant officials from Research Section (Examination) of the University.
During the meeting, the board discussed and analysed synopses of PhD and MS students of Faculty of (Usuluddin) Islamic Studies, Faculty of Sciences, Central Library and International Institute of Islamic Economics, IIIE, IIUI. On this occasion, Chair of the Meeting, Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed directed to focus academic excellence in research projects and urged to provide updated guidance regarding use of advanced research technologies to the research scholars keeping in view of societal needs.
