Lahore, November 06, 2018 (PPI-OT): Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, left here on Tuesday, for Saudi Arabia to perform Umra. Hafiz Sajid Anwar took oath as acting Secretary General, of the JIP, during his absence abroad. Liaqat Baloch, who flew direct to Madina Munawara, had meetings with the Pakistani community in the holy city including people from Balochistan, Gilgit and Baltistan besides the students and teachers of the religious schools from Sink yang, China. He said that the CPEC was of great importance fort the country but the anti Pakistan forces in the region had created several hurdle in its way. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had expressed much hopes from the US and India which had given a wrong signal for the CPEC.
