Karachi, March 04, 2019 (PPI-OT): During a meeting at the University of Karachi held on Monday the members expressed their disappointed over the performances of the bank branches operating in Karachi University. The KU Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Ajmal Khan chaired the meeting which was attended by the Dean Management and Administrative Sciences KU Dr Tahir Ali, Director Finance, bank’s branch managers and others.
The members as well as the KU VC terms bank’s services and performances as ‘dissatisfactory’ and asked them improve their services. The KU Administration has given one week time frame to all bank branches situated in Karachi University to bring visible change in the quality of their services. Otherwise, they were informed that Karachi University would consider to bring other banks, which have better reputation, to facilitate the teaching and non-teaching staff, students and others.
The KU VC Professor Muhammad Ajmal Kjan told the bank branch managers that providing better facilities to teachers, students, staff is among the topmost priority of the Administration and they have zero tolerance policy in this regard.
