A talented individual, Qasim was also a loving son and a close friend to many at LUMS. He was working at Food Panda as a Manager. His death marks a profound loss for the entire community.

His teacher, Dr. Salman Khan, Assistant Professor, Suleman Dawood School of Business, shared his thoughts, “Qasim stands among those who leave a lasting impact and will live in our thoughts forever. He held the highest level of etiquette and values. His passing is an irreparable loss and I extend my deepest condolences to his friends and family”.

Ammar Anwar, Awan’s close friend, business partner and BSc batch mate added, “He was a humble person, always willing to help anyone who came up to him. He would tell us to not stress about exams and would cheer us up when we were down. Anyone who had even a small encounter with Qasim would remember him since he was so good-natured.”

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Qasim’s family and friends; they are in our thoughts and prayers. May Allah grant them strength and patience to bear this loss.
