FUIW participates in “The role of Moroccans in supporting Palestine” symposium

The Federation of Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), an organ of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), participated in a symposium on The role of Moroccans in supporting Palestine, concluded at the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco in Rabat on Tuesday.

The two-day event is organized by the High Commission for Former Resistance Fighters and members of the Moroccan Liberation Army, in cooperation with the Tunisian office of the Arab League, in addition to researchers from the unviersities of Palestine, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Mauritania, as well as political and diplomatic figures.

During the symposium, discussions revolved around a number of research papers focussing on the forms of support that can be made by Moroccan people for the Palestinian struggles against the Israeli occupation.
