Lahore, June 27, 2021 (PPI-OT):Prominent political personalities of NA-163 Vehari Ayub Bandisha, Zahid Bandisha, Owais Bandisha and Peer Yaqoob Khagga called on Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi and Federal Housing Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema here today (Sunday) and announced to join Pakistan Muslim League (PML). On this occasion, Ghazanfar Ilyas Bandisha, Peer Haroon Shah Khagga and Peer Zaman Shah Khagga were also present.
Ch Parvez Elahi said that for strengthening democracy there is need for promoting politics of tolerance and courage, doors of our party are open for every patriot, every party has its own politics and objective, our party’s objective is progress of Pakistan and welfare of the people. Ch Parvez Elahi said that I am grateful to all parties who accepted my suggestion in the Senate election and the result is before everyone. He said that I am grateful to all parties for participating appreciably in the proceedings of the Punjab Assembly and extending full cooperation.
Tariq Bashir Cheema said that due to the efforts of Ch Parvez Elahi, no wheel and deal was in the Punjab for the first time in the Senate election, thanks to Almighty Allah every party got its right. Thanking Ayub Bandisha said that people still remember services of Ch Parvez Elahi as the Chief Minister, projects which he had launched are still running successfully, inspired by the spirit of serving the people of Ch Parvez Elahi, he has decided to join Pakistan Muslim League along with colleagues.
