Lahore, September 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi visited the flood relief camp set up by Sports and Youth Affairs Department Punjab at Nishtar Park Sports Complex on Friday.
Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi inspected the food items and other relief goods donated by the public for the flood victims. Director Admin Syed Umair Hassan, District Sports Officer Lahore Tanveer Shah and other officials were also present on this occasion.
Talking on this occasion, Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi said helping the deserving flood victims is a good move and people from all walks of life should participate in this noble cause whole-heartedly. “Definitely, it is our collective responsibility to extend every kind of help to our flood-hit brothers and sisters who are living in distress”.
Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi further said philanthropists and rich people must take active part in relief activities and donate all necessities of life generously for the welfare of flood affectees. “Sports and Youth Affairs Department Punjab has already sent a truck loaded with relief goods to the flood victims,” he added.
