Lahore, October 07, 2022 (PPI-OT):Delegation Led by Principal Government Islamia Collage Civil Lines Prof Dr Akhter Hussain Sindhu visited the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore called on Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad on Friday. Meanwhile, a detailed meeting was held with delegation. Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad chaired the meeting and spoke about UVAS initiatives taken for the betterment of flood victims in Taunsa Sharif, Rajanpur, Fazilpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Charsadda, Rojhan, Khairpur and Lasbela.
He also spoke about the history of UVAS, various degree programmes, research, training and services of UVAS. Prof Dr Akhter Hussain Sindhu sought affiliation with UVAS in the BS Doctor of Pharmacy Programme. Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad agreed for affiliation with Govt. Islamia Collage Civil Lines for the promotion of education liaison. They also discussed the areas of mutual interest.
