Islamabad, June 28, 2022 (PPI-OT): Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of the wife of former Supreme Court Judge Justice Safdar Shah late, who breathed her last on Tuesday.
According to the statement issued by Media Cell Bilawal House, Chairman PPP said, in his condolence message, that his heart goes out to the bereaved family. He also extended his condolences to the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court Mr Justice Athar Minallah on demise of his mother-in-law. Bilawal Bhutto prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
Chairman PPP also noted that Justice Safdar Shah was on the bench of the Supreme Court which had sentenced Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to death and he had opposed this judicial murder by authoring dissent note against the decision.
