Alhamra Unplugged Musical Band enthralls audience at Rawalpindi Arts Council

Rawalpindi, October 31, 2017 (PPI-OT):The Alhamra Unplugged Musical Band enthralled the people of Rawalpindi by unique performance at jam-packed auditorium of Rawalpindi Arts Council. Alhamra Unplugged is a musical platform for young talented Vocalists and Musicians. After other platforms like Coke Studio, Nescafe Basement, The Floor etc, Government of Punjab has taken step to initiate the project “Alhamra Unplugged Season 1”. This project is going on under the supervision of Alhamra Arts Council, Lahore.

Artists of Season 1 are young and belongs to different School, College and Universities. The artist include singers and musicians Moen khan, Qasim Yousaf, Nomal Naseem, Rassab Aamir, Rehan Hashmi, Stephan Aashiq, Mumtaz Hussain Tafu, and Waqas Arshad. Senior artist Masood Khawaja anchored the concert. The solo performances on flute, guitar and table also added charm in live music concert. Member Punjab Assembly Raja Muhammad Hanif Advocate flanked by Dr Ilyas from America, Naheed Manzoor and Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed was chief guest of the concert arranged by Rawalpindi Arts Council.
