At the same time, students from intermediate humanities backgrounds were also encouraged to apply to the programmes offered at Mushtaq Ahmed Gurmani School of Humanities and Social Sciences (MGSHSS) at LUMS.

Student exploration of different related avenues has always been encouraged by the NOP Team. In this regard, a special session was held for pre-medical students to consider pure sciences offered at Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE).

Furthermore, walk-in sessions were also conducted in colleges where prior appointments had not been set – seeing the stellar reputation of the LUMS NOP, these institutions warmly welcomed the team and facilitated the session.

Teachers and counsellors of the schools and colleges were assisted and informed about guiding students on how to apply for the NOP SCS for better results and increased induction of students. This year, LUMS-NOP looks forward to seeing an increased number of applications for the NOP Summer Coaching Session from this area.
