Alkhidmat Foundation Continues Relief Activities in Palestine 

Lahore, September 30, 2021 (PPI-OT):Alkhidmat Foundation is operating relentlessly and incessantly for the rehabilitation of Palestinian brothers and sisters. In collaboration with the Turkish organization Doctors Worldwide, Alkhidmat is providing door-to-door medical care to people affected by the Israeli bombing and other diseases in Palestine. Ration packages and cooked food is also being provided on a regular basis.

Alkhidmat achieves another milestone by inaugurating Aghosh Gujranwala 

Gujranwala, September 30, 2021 (PPI-OT):Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has achieved another milestone by officially inaugurating Aghosh Home in Gujranwala. Siraj-ul-Haq, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan inaugurated Aghosh. Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Mangat, Vice-President AKFP, Mr. Ikram-ul-Haq Subhani, President AKF Central Punjab, Alkhidmat’s local officials, and people from different walks of life attended the event. The Aghosh children presented a table on a very interesting theme. Aghosh Gujranwala has a capacity to accommodate 150 children, while the plans are being chalked out to further expand the building in the future to house more and more orphan children.

World Literacy Day Celebrated in Peshawar

Annual Meeting of Orphan Care Program held 

Murree, September 30, 2021 (PPI-OT):The annual meeting of Pakistan Orphan Care Forum was held at Alkhidmat Aghosh College Murree. President AKFP and Chairman Pakistan Orphan Care Forum, Muhammad Abdus Shakoor presided over the meeting. A performance review of the past year followed by the planning for the future was conducted in the meeting. Heads and officials of twenty sponsoring organizations attended the meeting.

Key important decisions regarding the sponsorship of orphans at the national and international level were taken. Matters of legislation for the protection of children rights were discussed and several committees were formed to deal with the government legislation bodies. At the end, a detailed tour of Aghosh College Murree was held and participants appreciated the efforts of Alkhidmat being made for the betterment of the children.

The International Cricket Council announces strategic partnership with fintech infrastructure Leader: NIUM 

Dubai, September 30, 2021 (PPI-OT):The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced today that it has entered a multi-year strategic partnership with NIUM, a leading global financial technology (FinTech) infrastructure company. NIUM provides banks and businesses with access to a suite of fintech infrastructure services through one API. This partnership includes involvement and integration in three global ICC events through to the end of 2023 such as the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates and Oman, the ICC World Test Championship Final in 2023 and the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 to be hosted in India.
