2 in 4 (51%) Pakistanis feel that living in a joint family set-up after getting married is not an issue: Gallup and Gilani Pakistan 

Islamabad, December 01, 2021 (PPI-OT):According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 2 in 4 (51%) Pakistanis feel that living in a joint family set-up after getting married is not an issue.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Do you think living in a joint family set-up after getting married is not an issue?” In response to this question, 51% said yes and 47% said no. 2% did not know or provided no response.
