Lahore, July 10, 2018 (PPI-OT): Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has said that the people of tribal areas had offered unmatched sacrifices to be free from the black law of the F.C. R, and the JI also had played a key role in this regard. He was addressing the election meeting of MMA candidate from NA Bajaur, Sardar Khan. Sirajul Haq said the MMA wanted to liberate the masses from the oppressive hold of the feudal lords, vaderas and capitalists who were agents of the international establishment to enable them lead their lives in accordance with the Islamic culture and way of life.
He said that so far, the major decision of the country were being taken in Washington instead of Islamabad, and added that the MMA was struggling to bring about the Islamic revolution for which this country had come into being. The JI chief stressed that the former tribal areas should be fully compensated for their deprivations spread over a century through a fair share in the CPEC. He said that degree colleges should be set up for boys and girls. Besides, industrial estates should be planned for the area to create jobs for the youth. He said that the tribal people did not like much official interference in their affaires, therefore, the practice of harassing them through the police and the patwari should be discarded there.
